The Cordlet company was formed after a simple solution was discovered, patented and manufactured, right here in Connecticut.

There are hundreds, if not thousands, of tools, machinery, & other electrical products that have a cord holder integrated on them. But there are two ends to an electrical cord. What good is it if one side is held fast and there is nothing holding the other?

We've heard of many diverse uses from our customers, for economic, convenience, and safety sake. Hospital monitors, lumber mill equipment, insurance company computer servers, restaurant refrigerator....the list is long as the cords you need to keep plugged in.
The Cordlet replaces the outlet cover screw located in the middle of every common duplex electrical outlet.

Average and thicker electrical cords and be held securely by using just one side of the Cordlet.
Do not use the Cordlet for any purpose other than is described. Do not cause an electrical cord to be tugged after any resistance is felt. Failure to do so may result in inujury or death. 1. Remove the existing screw in a typical duplex outlet. If there is no center screw, you can not use the Cordle with this outlet. 2. Screw the Cordlet into the same hole where the outlet cover screw was removed. Turn until snug, do not overtighten. Do not install the Cordlet in any other manner or hole. 3. Insert a common cord into one side of the Cordlet. *Never use a damageed cord. 4. Use in a typical fashion. *But STOP PULLING once ANY resistance is felt. Failure to do so may result in damage to the outlet, create an unsafe condition, which may result in injury or death and is using the Cordlet in a manner for which it is not intended.
